At Cotswold Hereford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old stamps or labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
